Building links to a new site?

I just started about 4 new sites in the past week and I've been trying to build more and more links to them. I'm a little curious though, how many is too many? What do you guys recommend as far as link building goes on brand new domains/websites? Also, what do you guys think as far as building links on domains that are older, but the websites are brand new..

Hi, it depends how much you have content on your website.  I,m not sure  ;) ,but i will do it this way. 100 inside links ÷ 4 = outgoing links.
